To get your automated campaigns built and running smoothly, we need a few key assets from your clinic.

Here is a quick breakdown of what we need and why:

1. Business Verification (SMS Registration)

Federal telecom laws (A2P 10DLC) require us to verify your business identity with the mobile carriers before we can legally activate your SMS marketing.

The easiest way: Upload your IRS CP-575 (or standard tax document) below.

The alternative: If you prefer not to upload the file, you can manually type your exact legal business details into the optional text fields provided. Note: The typed details must perfectly match your IRS records.

2. Your Patient Database (.CSV)

Please upload your patient list as a .CSV file. To help us keep your campaigns compliant and highly targeted, the ideal file export will include:

Name, Email, and Phone Number.

Opt-In Status: A column indicating if they have already consented to receive marketing.

Last Visit Date: This allows us to specifically target patients who have fallen out of care.

3. Ringless Voicemail Recording

As part of the reactivation campaign, we use a "zero-ring" voicemail drop. This sends a direct, personalized audio message to the patient's voicemail without their phone ever ringing.

Please record a quick, friendly audio greeting on your phone (e.g., "Hi, this is Dr. [Name]...") and upload the audio file below.

Once you submit these items, our system will automatically begin configuring your clinic's backend architecture!
